Premiums: The amount you pay monthly or annually for your health insurance. There are no insurance premiums. Instead, members pay a simple, predictable membership fee for access to services and support.
Deductibles: The amount you pay for healthcare services before your insurance starts to pay. Healthcare memberships do not require deductibles. You do not have to spend thousands of dollars out of pocket before accessing care or support.
Out of pocket costs: The total amount you pay for covered health services, including copayments, deductibles, and coinsurance. Memberships are designed to reduce unexpected expenses by providing access to care, mental wellness support, and additional services without traditional copays, coinsurance, or surprise billing tied to insurance plans.
This structure allows individuals and families to focus on access, support, and peace of mind; without the financial barriers commonly found in traditional insurance models.
Yes. Your healthcare membership is month to month, which means you can upgrade or downgrade your membership at any time.
Each membership rate is locked in for a 30 day period. If you choose to make a change during the month, your updated membership level and pricing will take effect the following month.
Any adjustments are applied on a prorated basis, reflecting the change made during the prior billing cycle.
This flexibility allows you to adjust your membership as your needs change, without long term contracts or penalties.
With a healthcare membership like AccessCare365, you’re not limited by a traditional insurance network because this is a membership based access model, not insurance. You can use your membership from anywhere in the United States as long as you have an internet connection or phone service. This means you’ll still have 24/7 virtual access to licensed clinicians for nonemergency medical needs whether you’re at home, on vacation, or traveling for work.
Because it’s telehealth focused, there are no out of network restrictions like you’d see with insurance plans. If you do experience a true medical emergency while away, you should always seek local emergency care immediately. Membership access continues to be available for routine care, follow ups, behavioral health support, and prescription needs wherever you are in the country.
That means because AccessCare365 is a healthcare membership, not traditional insurance, you are not limited by a provider network. Membership services can be accessed anywhere within the United States, as long as the state or U.S. territory where services are being rendered is selected.
When scheduling an appointment, you will be asked to select the state or U.S. territory where you are physically located at the time of care. This information can and should be updated if you are traveling, and it must be accurate to ensure services are provided in compliance with state regulations.
This question is required before any appointment can be scheduled.
There are no additional requirements beyond selecting the correct state or territory. At this time, services are available within the United States only and do not extend internationally. We are actively working to expand services internationally in the future to better support our members.
Healthcare memberships do not use traditional insurance claims. Because this is a membership based model, there are no claims to file, no paperwork to submit, and no waiting for reimbursement decisions.
